We provide support during the early stages following implementation, when issues and operational questions are most likely to arise. This can include tracking incidents, coordinating resolution and helping teams transition into normal business support arrangements.

 We provide PROSCI-certified change management capability to help users understand, adopt and sustain new systems and ways of working. Support may include change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness reviews and post-implementation adoption activity.
